Posted on April 9, 2012At Audi Meadowlands, powered by Benzel-Busch, we love supporting local organizations that are doing great things in the community; therefore, on March 31st, we joined forces with Notre Dame Interparochial School to celebrate their Third Annual Casino Night Fundraiser at La Reggia restaurant.
Notre Dame is a private, Interparochial Catholic Academy located in Palisades Park, New Jersey. The school has a fantastic reputation and serves a multi-cultural Catholic and non-Catholic population.
The evening was a great success, with 260 parents and friends of the school coming out to raise more than $24,000—all of which will go directly to purchasing in-class science equipment (including iPads and microscopes) for Notre Dame.
“We raised a lot of money that will go directly to the kids. And everybody had a great time, so we are really happy with the turnout,” says the school’s fundraiser organizer Danny Gaito.
Guests of the fundraiser spent an initial $75 a piece for dinner and drinks at La Reggia as well as a buy-in to their favorite casino games, provided by Moonwalk Entertainment. In addition to playing games like Blackjack, 3-Card Poker and Roulette, prizes from Disney and several local restaurants, gyms and resorts were raffled off.
