This year, Benzel-Busch celebrates not just one, but two awards handed down from DealerRater: their 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award and—drumroll, please—the 2017 Mercedes-Benz Dealer of the Year Award for New Jersey.
We’re humbled and honored to accept these awards from DealerRater, a trusted online resource for viewing dealer reviews written by real customers. A premier destination for car buyers, their site reaches more than 40 million consumers with a database of over 3 million dealership reviews.
Their Consumer Satisfaction Award is given annually to the auto dealerships with the highest customer service ratings, as determined by online reviewers. The Dealer of the Year Award acknowledges the dealers who consistently demonstrate excellent customer service.
Of course, these awards are especially meaningful because they’re decided by you, the customer. 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award
DealerRater determines the recipients of the Consumer Satisfaction Awards based on online reviews. Only the top 10% of dealerships make the cut, which is not dependent on location or make.

We’re honored to have also received DealerRater’s Dealer of the Year Award for the state of New Jersey, which designates Benzel-Busch as the highest-ranking Mercedes-Benz dealership in the state, according to consumer reviews.
At DealerRater, CEO Gary Tucker spoke to the importance of customer service and satisfaction in the automotive industry.
