What’s A Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes?
Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes are pre-owned vehicles with less than 70,000 odometer miles. At Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz (in Englewood, NJ) and Mercedes-Benz of Orange County (in Harriman, NY), our CPO vehicles include 2016, 2017, and 2018 models—none older than 2016.
Every vehicle has been exquisitely cared for, having passed a 165-point inspection process that checks ignition, emissions, compression, and other systems—the most rigorous inspection test in the industry.
Which Maintenance or Repair Services are Included in this Deal?
Vehicles purchased at our CPO event come with a free two-year / two-services Star PrePaid Maintenance Service contract from authorized Mercedes service centers—valid after one year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first).
**Here’s how it works. After 10,000 miles or the first anniversary of your car purchase (whichever is first), you’ll receive the first service package. This includes:
- Synthetic motor oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- Vehicle-appropriate fluid level checks and corrections (as aligned with factory recommendations)
- Tire inflation checks and corrections
- Brake component inspection
- Reset of your maintenance counter
- Cabin dust/combination filter replacement (if, depending on the vehicle's history, your car is due for a major “B” service)
