As Sponsor of The Bergen Performing Arts Center, Benzel-Busch Helps Bring "One Night of Queen" to the Local Stage

One of New Jersey’s most vibrant not-for-profit organizations is The Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC). As a theater “of and for the community”—dedicated to creativity and education, but also to economic vitality—we at Benzel-Busch feel a certain kinship with their ideals. That is why we continue to be a supporter and sponsor of bergenPAC.

BergenPAC’s mission is to make the performing arts accessible to the entire community. Each year they bring hundreds of world-class performers to their stage, at affordable prices. Additionally, they have become home to innovative arts and educational programs for our community.

We love helping bergenPAC pack their seats with more than 250,000 people every year. And on April 13th we were proud to sponsor their One Night of Queen. Performed by tribute band Gary Mullen and The Works, One Night of Queen is a live concert recreating and celebrating one of the greatest rock bands of all time: Queen.

As they entered the theater that evening, the audience enjoyed the music of Queen through the sound systems of the new Mercedes-Benz Model Year 2012 M-Class, C-Coupe and SLK-Class—all vehicles on display and presented by Benzel-Busch Account Representatives.

The performance was as close to the real thing as one can get. Not only did it include original concert staging, lighting and effects, but the band played all of Queen’s greatest hits: “Another One Bites the Dust,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” “We Will Rock You,” “We Are the Champions,” and, of course, “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
