We apologize the warranty company didn't fully cover the repairs. Since we do not have a relationship with this warranty company they will not honor $0.00 cost. In order to try to satisfy you, we waived the charge. We also did not have the tire in stock on Friday and had we ordered it, would have taken longer for the repairs to be completed. We sent one of our driver's to physically get the tire to get you back on the road as soon as possible. We apologize your visit did not go as planned, and wish you better luck elsewhere.
