I had a fantastic experience at Genesis of Englewood, particularly with Ahmet. I visited several Genesis dealers throughout New Jersey while searching for a new car before deciding to purchase a GV70 from Ahmet. They gave me the best service as well as a very fair price, without a lot of haggling and shenanigans. They even delivered the car right to my house and made a second trip to deliver all-weather mats. I cannot recommend them enough.

Lou Gallo was excellent. He explained everything to me, was very fair and there weren’t any surprises. I felt like the service was personalized and he understood what I was looking for. When I met with Stacey, she was very efficient and professional. She explained all of the paperwork and when I had questions she was able to answer them to my satisfaction. Buying a car here was good for the most part. Getting a service here was a bit different. The express service states online 1 hour or less for smaller jobs such as an oil change but I was there from 2 hours or more……for an oil change. Plus I was the first one there and my car was the first one taken into the garage.
