Step 1: Wheel Inspection and Straightening

If bends are detected, we place the wheel on our precision wheel-straightening machine. This specialized equipment allows us to gradually and accurately restore the wheel back to its true

Step 2: Diamond Cutting Process

Once the wheel has been straightened and confirmed to be perfectly round, we move on to the diamond cutting stage. Diamond cutting is a precision process that restores the wheel’s surface by carefully removing a thin layer of alloy with a specialized lathe fitted with a diamond-tipped cutting tool.

Step 3: Robotic Wheel Painting

We use only OEM-approved paints and clear coats, carefully matched to the manufacturer’s original specifications.
