Our Story
A family name, earned for nearly 50 years
Family-owned since 1973, the Benzel-Busch Family of Dealerships was built on integrity, transparency, and trust — treating every sale and service visit as a lifelong partnership with our neighbors in Englewood, Harriman, and across the tri-state area.
About Benzel-BuschMercedes-Benz and Genesis Dealerships in Englewood, NJ and Harriman, NY
The Benzel-Busch Family of Dealerships has been family-owned since 1973. We operate four stores across two towns: Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz and Genesis of Englewood, both on Grand Avenue in Englewood, New Jersey, ten minutes from the George Washington Bridge; and Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, with its dedicated Mercedes-Benz Vans department, at 1 Mercedes Way in Harriman, New York, off Route 17 near Woodbury Common. Shoppers reach us from Bergen County, Rockland and Orange Counties, the Hudson Valley, and Manhattan.
New, Certified Pre-Owned and Pre-Owned in New Jersey and New York
Every store carries the current Mercedes-Benz or Genesis lineup, and our Certified Pre-Owned selection includes courtesy vehicles from our own fleets, each inspected and warrantied by the manufacturer. Lease and finance offers are updated monthly on the specials page. Browse all inventory across both towns, or shop new and pre-owned separately.
Mercedes-Benz and Genesis Service in Englewood and Harriman
Each dealership has its own factory-authorized service department with manufacturer-trained technicians and genuine parts: Service at Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz, Service at Genesis of Englewood, and Service at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County. Englewood also has the area’s SMART service department, an in-house wheel repair shop, and Express Service with no appointment needed. Schedule service online at whichever store is closer.
Why Benzel-Busch
Fifty years in the same two towns means most of our clients are repeat customers and neighbors. Genesis of Englewood was named a 2026 Cars.com Dealer of the Year and received the Cars.com Consumer Satisfaction Award. Visit whichever showroom is convenient, or ask us a question and a person will answer.
