I appreciate that the dealership ultimately waived the second diagnostic fee, and I’m glad to have my vehicle back. However, the overall experience was stressful due to the long communication delays and the similarity between the current issue and the previous visit only a couple of months earlier. I do appreciate the staff’s professionalism during pickup, and I hope communication and follow-up can be improved in the future
